Every steel piece may be harnessed for improved tool performance with our heat treatment service. To achieve the desired hardness, the heat treatment is done with care and accuracy. High wear and cracking/chipping resistance; high heat checking and erosion/corrosion resistance; toughness and high corrosion, high polish ability, and high dimensional stability are also enhanced by the treatment.
We offer a wide range of customized metal finishing and electroplating services especially in automotive and telecommunication fields. Our inhouse expert will provide a tailor-made solution for customer’s product depending on the application.
We use computer assisted design (SOLIDWORKS/Excess-Hybrid) software and other computer software to create and design drawings. We turn those drawings into actual dies, specialized molds, tools and finished products.
